Method
- Soak the rice for 10 min and cook with 3 cups of water .
- Add oil in a pan, when hot add cloves,cinnamon and bay leaves.
- Add Onions ,cubed potatoes and peas and grounded paste stir until raw smell disappear and saute for few min.
- Add cooked basmathi rice and mix well and cook in simmer for few min until flavor blends.
- Serve hot with Raita.
