Channa / chick peas -- 1 cup soaked for 8 hrs and pressure cooked with salt for 3 whistle

Make tomatoes into paste separately
Method
- On a hot pan add oil add onion paste and stir till bitter taste disappear.
- Add tomatoes paste with little turmeric, water and salt , wait until oil oozes out .
- Add chili powder, cumin powder, corrinder powder garam masala, amchoor powder and stirwell..
- Add the channa into the paste.
- Add jaggary and salt and boil until it becomes a semi gravy.
- Add Corrinder leaves and cubed raw onions and serve hot with Chapati
