First grind the dry ingredients then combine with rest
Method
- Soak the rice for 10 min and fry them with a tsp of ghee .
- Add oil in a pan, when hot add fennel seeds.
- Add Onions ,tomatoes and grounded paste 1 stir until raw smell disappear.
- Cook until tomatoes are smashed.
- Add grounded powder (paste 2) allow to boil.
- Add basathi rice and pressure cook for flavorful recipe.( rice water ratio 1 : 11/2)
- Serve hot with Raita.
WOW! Interesting! Ok - tell me which language Kuska is? The recipe looks sounds like a biryani recipe ...but the dish looks like puliodarai...
ReplyDeleteKuska is a plain biriyani. The color is greenish brown because of ground mint and corrinder leaves.
