Ingredients

Onion --1 cup (chopped)
Small tomato --2 nos( or tomato paste 4 tsp)
Ginger garlic paste -- 1 tsp

Red chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Jeera powder -- 1 tsp
Corrinder powder -- 1 tsp
Garam masala -- a pinch

Method
- On a hot pan add oil , cinnamon, cloves, cadamom,fennel seeds . When they get roasted add onion and saute until translucent.
- Add tomatoes with little turmeric, water and salt , wait until oil oozes out .
- Add chili powder, cumin powder, corrinder powder and garam masala and stir well,
- Add the boiled eggs into the paste.
- Add Corrinder leaves and serve hot with rice or chapathi.
