Ingredients
Carrots -- 2 nos
Basmathi rice -- 1 1/2 cups
Onion -- 1/2
Ginger garlic paste -- 2 tsp
Mint -- few leaves

Cinnamon -- 1 stick
Cloves -- 3 nos
Fennel seeds -- 1 tsp
Lemon juice --2tsp
Turmeric -- 1 pinch
Cumin powder -- 1/2 tsp
Corrinder powder-- 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder -- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -- a pinch

Oil -- 3 tsp
Salt --1 tsp
To Grind
Ginger garlic paste ( 8 garlic+1 inch ginger)
Method
- Add oil in a pan, when hot add cloves,cinnamon fennel seeds, chili and bay leaves.
- Mix them with soaked and fryed Basmathi rice and cook them with salt( with 3 cups of water)
- Add Onions, mint and grounded paste stir untill raw smell disappear.
- Add graded carrot and saute for few min.
- Add coriander powder cumin powder ,turmeric powder ,red chili powder garam masala and salt then saute for few min .
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add cooked basmathi rice and mix well.
- Serve hot with Raita.
