Bitter gourd / Pavakai is a healthy veg but very tough to consume because of its bitterness. consuming bittergourd is a healthy life style .So try eating this veg by cooking in my way its better to taste.

Ingredients
Pavakai -- 2nos( scoop out the seeds and slice theminto thin pieces)
Turmeric -- A pinch
Chili powder -- 1/2tsp
Salt -- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida.
Method
- In a hot pan add oil veg , salt and turmeric.
- Roast them on a high flame in a non stick tava.
- Add red chili powder .
- Transfer them in a microwavable plate and set for 2 min.
- Serve hot the crispy veg.
