Serving for 2
Pori 3 cups
Turmeric A pinch
Chili powder 1/2tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Roasted Groundnut 4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
- In a hot pan add oil, jeera salt and turmeric.
- Add curry leaves and garlic with red chili powder.
- When garlic is semi cooked turn off the stove .
- Add pori and stir till all the gravy is mixed.
- Serve crispy.
