Method
- On a hot pan add oil ,Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick,Cloves ,Cardamon , Onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili , and cut vegetables with salt and fry on high flame until veg are cooked.
- Add grounded paste and boil untill the raw smell of the mint disappears and the gravy thickens .
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
