Tomato dishes always taste good so i tried to make fried rice with using tomatoes and masala. It gives a slight masala flavour with a taste of basmathi rice.

Ingredients
Tomatoes -- 2 nos( Chopped to small pieces)
Basmathi rice --1 1/2 cups
Coconut milk -- 1cup

Peas -- 1/4 cup

Ginger -- 1 inch

Bay leaf --1 no
Cinnamon -- 1 stick
Cloves -- 2 nos
Corrinder leaves few
Oil -- 3 tsp
Salt -- 1 tsp

Method
- Soak the rice for 10 min and cook with water 2 cup and coconut milk 1 cup.
- Add oil in a pan, when hot add cloves,cinnamon f and bay leaves.
- Add Onions tomatoes ,and grounded paste stir until raw smell disappear.
- Add veg and saute for few min.
- Add cooked basmathi rice and mix well and cook in simmer for few min until flavor blends.
- Serve hot with Raita.
