Ingredients
Butter milk 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Channa dal 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Red chili 3 nos
Curry leaves few
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Asafoetida.
For Seasoning
Mustard
Jeera
Curry leaves
Method
- In a hot pan add mustard, jeera, red chili, curry leaves,and dal.Fry to crisp the dal.
- Mix butter milk and rice flour without any lumps and add into the hot pan.
- Stir continuously until becomes paste .
- We can make the same mixture into cake by pouring into a pan . and cut when cooled.
