Kosthu Podi

Kosthu Podi is a remade mix then adds flavour when added with sambhar, kosthu or any poriyal make this and store it in acontainer for easy use

Serving for 3.( 7 spoon full)


Red chili                             5 nos
Corrinderseeds/ Dhania    5 tsp
Channadal                          3 tsp
To dry roast and grind

Chana dal

  • Roast the ingredients one by one  until its fllavour comes out. 
  • Dhania when roasted splits for indication.
  • Dal should  get brown.
  • When roasting  red chili add salt to avoid its pungent flavor.
  • U can store this mixture for months
