Fried Rice is a healthy food for childern as it treats eyes and taste buds.This Indo chinese recipe is definitely a crowd pleasing recipe.

Ingredients
| Thinly slice all the Vegetables | |
| Basmathi Rice | 2 cups |
| Carrot | 1 no |
| Beans | 15 no |
| Cabbage(optional) | 1 cup |
| Peas | 1 cup |
| Capsicum(all colour) | 1 each |
| Baby corn Cauliflower | 10nos 10 florel |
| Green chili | 8 no |
| Ketch up | 2 tsp |
| Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
| Chili paste | ½ tsp |
| Clintro | few |
| Green onion (chopped) | 4 nos |
| Black pepper (crushed) | 2 tsp |
| Crushed garlic | 1 |
| Seseme seeds | 1 tsp |
| Oil | |
| Salt |
Method
- On a hot pan add oil, seseme seeds,spring Onionroots, garlic , and cut vegetables with salt and fry on high flame until veg are cooked .
- Cooked Carrots Beans, peas, cauliflower first and then add rest of the vegetables.(they cook at different temp)
- Add all the sauces and fry until tastes blend
- Add cooked rice .( cook the Basmathi Rice with water in ( 1: 11/2 ratio) in rice cooker with little salt)
- Add Pepper and cut green onion and mix well
- Serve hot
