My Potluck recipe

I had a Pot luck party last weekend after so many options  i  happened to choose appetizer and made Idly Manchurian. This recipe is my husband's favorite so he opted for this dish.  With a little help from my husband it came out great and took everybody's attention.Every body was taken into  surprised when they came to know that the key ingredient is idly.We even had fun in making them guess the ingredients.They all came out with tofu, chicken etc...it was fun .
